What is Feldenkrais?

The Feldenkrais Method, often referred to simply as “Feldenkrais”, is a somatic educational system designed by Moshé Feldenkrais.

At your first appointment, we will establish goals and introduce you to the enjoyable process of Functional Integration. As we identify what areas can improve right away, I will create and adapt a series of individual lessons, just for you, with benefits that build on each other.

Beyond Physical Therapy

The Feldenkrais Method can help in cases where physical therapy has produced limited results. Feldenkrais can also be the perfect compliment to PT, such as after a course of physical therapy is complete and the patient wants continued refinement of motor skills and in relation to long chain movement patterns, or coordination of certain highly skilled movements.
