WHAT IS FELDENKRAIS?

IT IS A METHOD OF TEACHING

Often referred to simply as “Feldenkrais”, this method is a somatic educational system designed by Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais. Feldenkrais practitioners aim to reduce pain or limitations in movement, to improve physical function, and to promote general well-being by increasing students’ awareness of themselves and by expanding students’ movement repertoire.
